For example, the Mercator 16L description reads: “Cushioned sleeve for large laptop (up to 15”).” In summary, many of our bag styles such as the Mercator, Humboldt and Lambert have laptop sleeves, but some of our other styles, for example Tharp, do not.
Our products carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If for whatever reason you're not satisfied with your Cecilia product, you may return it for a full refund. Exclusions include abuse, loss and damage caused by hungry dogs. Damage from normal wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable price.

We globally source only the highest quality materials from the raw leather all the way down to the thread. Quality in design, materials, and construction are our top priorities.
Most of our bags are water resistant, but not completely waterproof. We would not recommend staying outside in heavy rainfall. Our backpacks include a rain cover to protect against heavy exposure to rain, snow or children with ice cream cones.

Let the bag air dry at room temperature. Do not place the bag in a dryer or directly next to a heat source. Quickly drying leather can cause the leather to crinkle.
We offer a variety of domestic and international shipping services through UPS and USPS. PO Boxes are only available for delivery via USPS. Expedited shipping is not available for personalization orders. All orders ship from our warehouse in New York.
